Privacy Policy for Robowars App

Robovitics built the Robowars App as a free, non-commercial application to support event participants, volunteers, and organizers. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding user privacy.

Information We Collect

• The Robowars App does not collect, store, or share any personal information such as names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses.
• No login or sign-up is required to use the app.

Data Usage

• All app functionality (scores, schedules, updates, tasks, and announcements) is handled using Google Firebase and Firestore.
• No personal data is stored in Firebase—only event-related information such as match results, schedules, and team tasks.

Data Sharing

• We do not share any information with third parties, sponsors, or advertisers.
• The app is strictly for use within the Robowars event.

Children’s Privacy

• The Robowars App is not intended for children under 13.
• Since we do not collect personal information, there is no risk of children’s data being used or stored.

Security

• All event data is stored securely on Firebase/Firestore (Google Cloud infrastructure).
• No sensitive or personal user data is stored in the app.
